DMCA notice

IPTV Service resells access to streams run by other operators. Nothing is stored, recorded or broadcast by us; what those operators carry is decided by them.

Rights holders, or agents acting for them, may send a notice about material reachable through the service and will receive a reply.

We can act on a notice only when it includes all of the following:

• Your name and mailing address, plus an email address or phone number.
• The copyrighted work at issue.
• The material at issue, described precisely enough for us to locate it.
• A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, their agent, or the law.
• A statement that the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them.
• Your signature, physical or electronic.

Mail it to IPTV Service, 321 N Mountain Ave, Montclair, NJ 07043, USA, or send it through the contact page. A notice with an item missing is returned to you to complete first.

A complete notice is forwarded to the operator running the stream, and we block access on our side where we can. The material is not on our servers, so the operator performs the removal.

If a removal was a mistake, send a counter-notice: your contact details, a description of the material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that it should not have been removed.

Repeated valid complaints about one account lead to its closure.
