IPTV Service operates from 321 N Mountain Ave, Montclair, NJ 07043, USA. This policy covers iptvservice.top and every subscription bought through it.
What we keep
- The WhatsApp number you contact us from, and a name if you provide one.
- The plan you ordered and its start and end dates.
- Anonymous page-view totals from Google Analytics.
Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and never reach us. We keep no record of what you watch.
Why we keep it
- To activate the subscription and send the login.
- To answer questions and resolve anything that needs fixing.
- To send a reminder before the plan ends, when you have asked for one.
- To see which pages are read, so the site improves.
Who else sees it
Nobody, for marketing. Your details reach the web host, Google Analytics and the panel that issues your login, and nowhere else.
How long
Order records stay while the plan runs and for a reasonable period afterwards, for renewals and refunds. Analytics data is anonymous and expires by itself.
Your rights
A single WhatsApp message is enough to see what we hold, correct it, or have it wiped. State privacy laws such as the CCPA grant those rights and this policy removes none of them.
Cookies
Analytics cookies only, to count visits. They identify nobody, and the site works with them blocked.
