IPTV Service on a Formuler box

Formuler boxes ship with MYTV Online, a portal player that activates by MAC. Two screens and the box is configured, and it keeps the portal through every reboot.

Find the MAC in MYTV Online

  1. 1.Open MYTV Online 2 or MYTV Online 3 from the home screen. If it is missing, the Market Store on the box carries it.
  2. 2.The first screen shows a MAC address. MYTV Online 2 starts it with 00:1E:B8; MYTV Online 3 with 00:1A:79.
  3. 3.Send that MAC to support on WhatsApp with the word Formuler.
Note. If support asks for the MAC with a different prefix, that is normal: some portals list the box under the 00:1A:79 form of the same address.

Add the portal

  1. 1.Inside MYTV Online, go to Menu, Connections, then Add Portal.
  2. 2.Give it a name and paste the portal address from the reply.
  3. 3.Press Connect. The channel list and the guide load on their own.

If the list stays empty

Look for a missing http:// or port number in the address, then restart the box once. If it is still blank, send support a photo of the Connections screen and it gets resolved in the chat.
